THE HOME INSPECTION DONE RIGHT...
HOME BUYERS: MAKING AN INFORMED DECISION
Your home is most likely the most important purchase you will ever make. To ensure you are making an informed decision, Keystone Building Inspections should be your first call when it comes to determining the overall condition of the home. Our home inspection report is a narrative document of the findings of a thorough inspection of the major systems and elements of a home. It is an objective overview of a house by a trained inspector following the guidelines set forth by the American Society of Home Inspectors.
The home inspection process typically takes two to two and one half hours. We assure you that this will be time well spent. We feel it is important that you attend the inspection. Using the latest technology, we will provide you with a detailed report via email (including digital photos). If necessary, we can also mail your report.
Our inspection professionals will answer your questions and guide you through the entire inspection process. At Keystone Building Inspections, our goal is to provide you with valuable knowledge about your home and provide you with tips on preventative maintenance.
A Keystone Building Inspection report will assist you in knowing which systems in your home need immediate attention, as well as what areas will need attention in the future. Our reports offers you peace of mind knowing your home will be inspected by professionals, following a nationally recognized set of guidelines and ethics, who will give you a detailed analysis of your homeŐs vital systems and structural integrity.
A WORD ABOUT OUR INSPECTORS: To insure that every inspection meets high standards, our inspectors are required to complete training at KaplanŐs Inspectors Training Institute. They are members of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), Candidates at the Foundation of Real Estate Appraisers (FREA) and meet Pennsylvania standards as qualified inspectors under The Home Inspector Law.
